Use:

Oil: Massage into the head and leave for at least an hour. Its best to leave on overnight. Wash hair after the allotted time.

Spray: Spray generously into the scalp and massage for a few minutes. May be used once or twice per day. Will not leave the hair oily. Do not wash out.
