Having personally experienced the side effects of allopathic medication—both herself and within her close family—she began researching and studying various natural healing modalities, including Aromatherapy, Ayurveda, Herbal Remedies, Reflexology, Crystal Healing, Massage Therapy, and Reiki.

Her curiosity deepened in 2000 when her youngest child was born lactose intolerant.

Determined to find alternatives to cow’s milk and better understand the digestive system, she sought solutions that would allow her son to enjoy a normal childhood, including the same delicious treats other toddlers love.

In 2016, Cindy’s journey into natural health became even more personal when her mother was diagnosed with breast cancer.
